Launch of the MINI Electric 3 Door Hatch

In Mini’s 60th Anniversary Year they have launched the first electric mini the Mini-EV. Production will take place in Oxford and pre-orders are open ready for delivery in March 2020.
The trend for electric cars is clearly growing and Mini are bucking the trend to go with significantly different design for their electric cars – the Mini electric looks like the traditional Mini Hatch. Six different colour options are available.
The bold, fresh 17” Corona Spoke alloys bring a stylish touch to your MINI Electric. Other alloy wheel options will be available.
It’s easy to charge at home or on the road as it offers both AC for home charging and DC for fast charging at dedicated charging points. To help you find your nearest charging there is Mini Navigation which also gives you live traffic updates.
The Mini Electric claims up to 144 mile driving range before you need to recharge
As you would expect the dashboard is fully digital giving the interior a much more futuristic look than the exterior.
